Connor Smyth from Newtownards, Northern Ireland was one of 44,000 members of the public who applied to Channel 4's gruelling reality TV Show - 'Who Dares Wins'. Connor is a professional dancer/performer and usually found touring the globe with Lord of the Dance - but was grounded in his native NI due to the corona virus pandemic. Not one to lay idle, Connor seized the opportunity enlisting the help of his personal trainer sister - Lynsey - to get him in top condition. Connor was selected as one of 21 recruits who made it on to the show and incredibly went on to win the series which aired in June 2021. For those who missed it - be sure to check it out on All4.
